    Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 30 days before your scheduled dive or trip. Refunds may be subject to transaction fees.

    • Cancellations made between 15-29 days before the trip are eligible for a 50% refund.
    • Cancellations within 14 days of the trip are non-refundable.

    Our diving safaris include accommodation on the boat, meals, drinks, guided dives, and tanks/weights. Equipment rental, dive courses, and personal expenses are not included unless specified.

  8. What level of diving certification is required?
    We offer courses for all levels. For advanced safaris or courses, proof of prior certification and experience (logbook) is required.

  9. Is equipment rental available?
    Yes, we offer a full range of rental equipment. Please inform us in advance if you need to rent gear, and ensure it is returned in good condition.

  10. What happens if a dive or trip is cancelled?
    In the rare event we need to cancel, we will offer a full refund or an alternative date for your trip.

Sharm El Sheikh enjoys a warm, dry climate year-round, making it a popular destination for sun-seekers and divers alike. Summers, from May to September, are hot with temperatures often reaching 35-40°C (95-104°F), accompanied by low humidity and refreshing sea breezes. Winters, from November to March, are mild and comfortable, with daytime temperatures averaging 20-25°C (68-77°F) and cooler evenings.

The Red Sea maintains pleasant water temperatures, ranging from 22°C (72°F) in winter to around 28°C (82°F) in summer, perfect for diving and snorkeling throughout the year. Rain is rare, and sunshine is abundant, ensuring ideal conditions for outdoor activities almost every day.

For most nationalities, you do not need a visa for stays up to 14 days if you plan to stay within the Sinai Peninsula, including Sharm El Sheikh, Dahab, Nuweiba, Taba, St. Catherine and other nearby areas. This is called the **Sinai Only Visa** and is issued on arrival for free.

However, if you plan to stay longer than 14 days or wish to travel outside the Sinai Peninsula (e.g., to Cairo or other parts of Egypt) or diving the SS Thistlegorm or go on a liveaboard, you'll need a **tourist visa**. This can be bought on arrival at the airport or online via the Egyptian e-visa system.
