The Silver North Route is a popular liveaboard diving safari from Sharm El Sheikh, offering access to some of the Red Sea’s most iconic dive sites. This route typically includes the following highlights:

Key Dive Sites:

Straits of Tiran: Known for its vibrant coral gardens, steep walls, and strong currents that attract schools of fish. The strait includes famous sites like:
- Jackson Reef - Known for its rich marine life, including the chance to spot hammerhead sharks.
- Woodhouse Reef - Offers a thrilling drift dive along a long, narrow reef with coral formations and possible sightings of eagle rays and reef sharks.
- Thomas Reef - Features dramatic vertical walls and underwater plateaus, making it a favorite for advanced divers.
Ras Mohammed National Park: A renowned marine reserve with stunning biodiversity, located at the tip of the Sinai Peninsula. Highlights here include:
- Shark and Yolanda Reef - A top diving site famous for its coral reefs, shipwreck remnants, and abundant marine life.
- Anemone City - Known for clusters of anemones with clownfish and other vibrant species.
Dunraven Wreck: A 19th-century British steamship wreck lying at about 30 meters, now covered in corals and home to marine species such as groupers, lionfish, and moray eels.
Thistlegorm Wreck: One of the world’s most famous wreck dives, this British transport ship, sunk in 1941, is filled with wartime artifacts. Divers can explore cargo holds containing motorcycles, trucks, and ammunition, providing an underwater time capsule.
Shag Rock: Known for both hard and soft corals, this dive site is full of reef fish and provides a calmer alternative to some of the deeper wreck dives.
